Pescar é facil. Limpar é que é o problema. To catch is easy. Cleaning is the problem…

During our crossing from Fort Lauderdale to West End, Gildo caught a Mahi Mahi, Tanks to my friend David Otto’s present of the fishing equipment. The problem is to clean it and then find space in our small refrigerator. But it was delicious…

    Dear Homero,

You did it ! You might be very proud of your tenacity to have your own boat! I admire you.
A ps from Didier regarding the conservation of the fish you catch. If you are limited in terms of fridge storage: you can cut the fish in “filet” and let them dry on board, take them out for the night. When the filets are dry you can cut the filet at your convenience (in salad, for apero etc…). I love your swimsuit, you can thank Monica for her present. Keep your prudence, and enjoy the sailing with your friend Gildo. Bisous from Rachel

    Lia
